This book, intended for children age 6 to 12 years, guides children through cognitive behavioral techniques for treatment of anxiety. She explains the use of logic, using worry time, talking back to worries, and use of activity and relaxation. There are pages in the book for writing and drawing activities. It is illustrated in black and white by Bonnie Matthews.
